I can promise you... the DLC is still being worked on very hard at Red Storm.

This was one of the two games that made me so freaked out that I had to stop playing - that level, of course. (The other one was System Shock II.)

I can tell you that there is hunger for this, but that's not all it takes sometimes, unfortunately. :(

It's still considered pre-alpha. I can assure you that the elements they would show from a normal gameplay perspective - particularly things like the UI and otherwise - aren't final, and would be criticized as if they were.
