Can confirm. I’ve always referred to Cragar SS and five slots generically as mag wheels.

The R is for racing.

A glass pack is packed with fiberglass mat.

“Mag” wheels... these were huge in the ‘80's.

I learn something new every day. Today just happens to be a day where the usefulness of such new knowledge is highly questionable.

Conjecture:

between that and pulling stuff, I wonder if there’s some bracing underneath?  seems like these would have the rigidity of a wet noodle.

I’m surprise the car doesn’t just fold in half with no roof and doors.

Agree, all that wasted space around the RAM logo, the letters could be at least 8 inches wider and 6 inches taller.

I don’t mind it.  Boring Logo is truth in advertising.

What’s so wild to me, is I'm pretty sure the buggy section of HL2 is my one of my favorite parts. Being on the open road, escaping the city and suburbs, it felt really nice to drive around and experience new earth. 

They address it in the opening.
