I’d honestly just love to hear how Firestone would actually respond to this.

In this day and age, frankly I’m amazed people still recognize the oil can symbol and manual shift pattern for what they are.

Yeah, and you better bring a lunch when shifting from 8th to 9th.

That 4th to 5th shift is a doozy.

Wipers blades.

I’m almost fine with this. So some graphic designer has never driven a manual. So the web designer that approved this set of graphics has never driven a manual or didn’t actually check the work or both. No big deal.

Looks like someone didn’t read the very first sentence of the article...

oh cool! I was looking for someone who could do maintenance on my wiper blades.

Yup, light parts combined with very very short stroke. It’s also why revvy Japanese engines typically don’t produce much torque relative to displacement, more stroke = more torque. Think of any lever you’ve used, longer lever creates more torque if all other factors are equal.

Toss up with an F-body bel air

Or this guy could buy it

I mean, I have to admire the dedication to the bodywork and theme, for that I think it is neat. That’s where it ends, the price is of course 10 times what this thing should be listed at which I hope was just a mistake. If you are going to do a vehicle up like this, the interior has to at least have a little theme to

It would look great in this guy’s driveway...

I choose to believe they couldn't decide between $5,000 and $6,000 and accidentally typo'd $56,000.

A heartfelt and resounding WTF? There is exactly nothing in here that remotely justifies the asking price. What drugs is this guy taking? Never mind, because I don’t care . . .

This isn’t angry?

I will refer to this article the next time this website publishes a take that modern cars are too complicated/heavy/electronic/etc.

Statistics. 60% of the time they work every time.

This is one of the most idiotic articles ever posted on Jalopnik.
