I recommend just buying a single fiberglass door. They are VERY resistant to any of the typical door problems, offer plenty of window options and you can avoid an additional storm door.

Your way is THE way to do it. I never understood the whole, eat dinner...’now stuff yourself with dessert’ concept. Give it a bit of time to settle, go for a walk around the block and then come back and enjoy dessert.

It seems this would be a semi-regular happening in FL.
