That’s me.  Sure, I like it when my feet ankles and knees don’t hurt,and when I can jog 5k without dying and all...but if I could do that withou any dietary change I’d be on the couch eating pizza...

I do 16 hour fasts and was afraid of stabbing, but I surprised myself.  But to be fair, I have a lot of reserves on board...

That’s a youth thing. I did Atkins when I was 30 in its purest “all you can meat” form. Now, in my late 40’s my stomach can’t handle all that fat. Basically now I’ve stopped sugar, starch and booze (but I repeat myself) and go with some meat and veggies.

When I fled NJ, I was going to put all my stuff in a Pod and ship it to CA.  After doing the math, it was cheaper to donate 90% and buy new, when I was ready.  The remaining 10% fit handily in the back of my truck...
