“Toner level 100%, Toner level 50%, Toner level 0%”
“Toner level 100%, Toner level 50%, Toner level 0%”
Despicable. Reid wasn’t “thrown out” of the Senate. He retired. (An option Trump should consider, like, yesterday).
Worst game of “Fuck. Marry, Kill” ever.
The fact that he’s calling a guy fighting pancreatic cancer (a very nasty form of cancer) a quitter is another new low.
“Holding hands with these men feels so...so...nice, yet tingly scary at the same time. I shall have to ask Mother to explain these feelings.”
Harry Reid’s willing retirement would dispute the notion of him getting thrown out. Fucking fuckwit.
I'm so happy she won! But I did feel bad for Glenn Close, its kinda awkward when you wear the big gold dress clearly thinking you're about to have your Oscar moment, only to walk away empty-handed.
her speech was the best
I sat through this whole boring show so I could see Olivia Colman win. It was sooooo worth it! I laugh/cried through her speech.
Noted. But I am enjoying the format this year. Less bloat.
Pray Tell is beautiful!
I think the lack of host was a great decision. A bad host is worse than no host and when was the last time they had a good host?
I’m late to the game, but Billy Porter out here giving us Hunger Games realness on the red carpet.
Idk, I’m kind of enjoying the host-free format. So much less wasted time. The songs are still a drag, though - most of them just aren’t that good.
Adam Lambert’s career started in that theatre. In 2004 there was a godawful, terribly misguided musical version of The Ten Commandments (?!) starring Val Kilmer as Moses. Overproduced doesn’t begin to describe it - they built the Nile onstage!
One of the reasons I love Helen Mirren is because you can see that she’s just like, fuck it, I just want to look pretty. She always looks like she’s having such a great time in a gown. I saw her interviewed when she played Queen Charlotte and she said she didn’t mind how many lines she had, she was just obsessed with…
I love him so much...who knew he would be so cool and great way back when he was all braggy on PR (with reason though)
AMY POEHLER! Those pants and that hair! I am feeling it.
Seriously! The delicate crystal beading at the neckline was so perfect and you got a better look at the draping on the side and how it looks like it was made for her.
Giving some Mother Ginger realness. (A small chocolate statue to whoever gets that reference.)
