I consider myself very lucky, charmed even, that in my entire life I have never had to experience someone shitting themselves or vomiting while on an airplane or public transportation... actually, check that, just on airplanes. I used to ride the Red Line regularly... I’ve seen some shit.

I don’t know about other cities, but in Chicago all the Lyfts and Ubers have Lyft and Uber stickers on their windshields and back glass, so unless you’re just completely not paying attention (or just really drunk - we’ve all been there) it should be pretty easy to spot your ride here.

A buddy at work has started bringing in tamales to the office for breakfast every Friday; they’re $1, made fresh every morning by an old Mexican guy selling them on a corner somewhere in Pilsen, and are incredible.

Not that anyone ever goes there, but the food at Comiskey US Cellular Guaranteed Rate Field is surprisingly good, and decently priced.
