Toyota: Here’s a legendary motor shoved into the lightest chassis it has (and will) ever come in, and we’ll throw in a free NASA membership and a 6MT for those that want it. Best part? It’s also going to be the cheapest way to get said motor!

This dude probably did get a lot of ass beatings as a child. That’s what turned him into a man who uses violence to get his way.

I always loved the LFA. The styling was very reminiscent of the A80 Supra (especially in white). Once the FR-S came out, you could see how the LFA was half A80, half FR-S (especially in green), I always felt like it tied those two cars together. I’ll be eternally grateful that nobody decided to slap that hideous

Yes, let’s post links to this guy’s stupid video to drive views and engagement to his channel, boosting his profile.

No two-seater convertible is capable of having good acoustics. “Not shit” is the best you can realistically do. So sound quality is up there with towing capacity on the list of pointless two-seater metrics.

He’s a lawyer, not an insurance actuary.

The study controlled for this factor by removing insurance policies that would pay to fix the insured vehicle. So the cost of the insured vehicle shouldn’t be a factor, beyond the fact that a larger vehicle would cause more destruction in an accident than a small one would.  So theoretically, a new 3 series and a new

I wonder what’s up with that 911. The thing should fetch at least $10k as a parts car alone.

Lambo buyers care about the attention more than the performance — and those that don’t care quickly realize that Lambo is in the business of selling attention, not cars.

While I have some love for turbo engines, but I think cars like this should ditch the turbos if they add electric motors. IMHO, they are redundant tech, in that they serve to add more power from the same displacement.

Same with new cars. Is the ATP down on the F-150 because prices are dropping, or because more people are buying XLT trim trucks who might have previously bought a Platinum trim?

Agreed on the Infiniti, their lineup is basically dated luxury vehicles that were subpar when new.

I’ve long felt that lightly used cars are for suckers. They are basically the same price as new, but with 20k miles on them.

I’m always amused that the same people who hate on crossover as being “lifted station wagons” also love lifted sports cars.

More proof that most new car buyers just don’t want small, cheap cars. A nice, but modest 5-6 year old used car can be had for about the same price.

It’s because the power will destroy the battery packs in these.  The Mach E is the only EV I know of that’s gimped from the factory (it can only output full power for a few seconds).

The Mach E GT couldn’t sustain its power output originally. It was fast for a few seconds, but the power cut is perceptible. You can see the effects of the power cut in its quarter mile trap speed. The GT traps 101mph, while running a 12.7 ET. That’s the trap speed of an GR86, but 2 nearly 2 seconds lower ET. Even the

what happened to cars that don’t look like some sort of pissed off insect?

I sadly believe that the general public will eventually treat cars like iphones where they “upgrade” every 1 to 3 years as the tech gets obsolete.

I love EE. He makes arguing on the internet easier, since you can just drop a link to his videos.
