Part of it is for me that all of these videos have the same blackout date. So my YT feed is suddenly filed with content about a specific car all at once.

Yeah, this is something you buy to make money parting it out or as a parts car.

It’s much easier to be overconfident on a track than the street, since on the street, you need to keep some spare change for traffic, unseen obstacles, cops, etc, so people almost never push their fast car near what it can do. People get to the track and think they can finally do a full send.

The good times (read: extremely high prices) had to come to an end eventually.

I disagree. They are going to have a tough time getting jobs for the rest of their lives. Not to mention probation fucking sucks.

Based on the wheels in the photo, that’s a 2005 BMW 325i which has 184hp and has a 0-60 time between 7-8 seconds. Compared to a base Honda Accord from the same year, the base BMW isn’t significantly faster or more powerful.

Unfortunately, this is to be expected.

We need stronger law enforcement and a different approach to underage crime

Perhaps even boobytrap the bollards, so if one is removed between closing hours, it explodes paint or B-mercapto all over the perp?

Just give it to insurance

CDs suck for playing in the car.

I never gelled with S2000. So many things to love about it, but it’s not for me.

I watched the new movie over the weekend, and I could immediately tell that the seemingly bad guys were actually the good guys because the leader drove a Ram.

Once he’s no longer the president, I’m sure the rules become more lax.  Sure, they don’t want him to drive, but it’s not like being in a car accident will result in a gargantuan headache for the entire country anymore.  Just the headline, “you’ll never guess which old man wrecked his corvette.”

Cybertruck owners are going to be really upset once the attention they receive completely subsides. I already see enough of them everyday that they don’t really register for me anymore.
