They are testing the waters for a vehicle of a different class sharing the same name as a muscle car like the Mustang Mach E.

I’m excited for this. Hear me out...
This kind of crap makes me feel like that guy.
I’d be very surprised if these were traction limited on a warm day on a good surface. The front tires will break traction for a moment, but that’s due to weight transfer and bigger tires isn’t likely to help.
It’s a tiny market. There’s probably dozens of these sold in a month in the USA.
I’m pretty pissed at Biden for this. If he’s going to force a deal through, at least make it favorable to workers over the companies, in an effort to bring the companies to the table.
Can get one for around what he wants for this R8 or a bit more.
It is pretty dang awesome that somebody actually spent enough time under a Crossfire and under a E55 AMG, to figure out that the transmissions can swap.
An MB V8 powered Crossfire sounds weirdly desirable.
Nah. I’ve been around long enough to know that the bargains new, are never the desirable ones in the future. People looking for a used manual will be looking for the upper trims, but might settle on the T if it is cheap enough.
I can’t afford all five letters.
but not a sedan.
The muscle car definition argument is trite.
The Mercedes C,E,S 63s are muscle cars, but the GT/SLs are not, yea?
So you’re saying they should bring back the Nitro?
I said NP despite knowing two people who swore off BMW as a result of owning one of these.
Counter-point: Maverick with the 2.0L Turbo.
TBH, I doubt these are any slower on a track with a manual.
I’m certain Subaru is mulling over a Crosstrek WRX.
How on earth did this end up with practically no body cladding while the WRX has an excessive amount?
