Overall and ideally, I agree with you. But, the way that it is structured now, it’s still a very privileged position— that you can just address a problem and *voila* done. No funeral costs. No ridiculous extra medical procedure. No frills or lecturing from the doctor who doesn’t want to be doing it anyways.
