I ordered FFVII Cloud and P1 Bayonetta from Best Buy earlier today for in-store pickup.

All I can say is thank Nayru for save points in Majora's Mask 3d. I made my way through the Stone Tower Temple and was all prepared to take on the boss with twelve hours to spare. Twinmold is laughably easy in the original Majora's Mask, but they fucked up by making it way too difficult this time around. The

If it does they definitely need to bring it to the other versions ASAP.

I like having the computer there so things stay chaotic if the number of players gets a little low. I had a great time! On a few races I managed to screw myself out of a top three spot with a dumb mistake on the last lap, but I was thrilled with a few wins I did get.

It's somehow even worse than I thought it would be. Voice chat cutting out when you switch to another app on your phone is just an embarrassing oversight.

I'm a bit jealous of all of you enjoying FFXII, but I just don't have time for it at the moment. The 4X speed thing sounds amazing, I don't see why they didn't include it in the FFX remakes. To platinum the game takes LITERALLY hundreds of hours.

I saw a documentary about a Monopoly tournament (no, I didn't pick it) and they did use some rule to make the game faster, but I totally forgot what was. As you might imagine, there were some… interesting characters in the documentary.

Yesterday I learned someone I was roommates with for a few months died suddenly. He was in his mid-thirties and had five kids. We weren't close but fuuuuuck.

Last week, I posted that I hadn't heard from my dad in a few weeks and had know way of reaching him. Well he finally called me over the weekend from someone else's phone and he seems to be doing well. I'll be seeing him in about two weeks so I can see for myself. Also he didn't ask me for money so that was nice.

Oh god, those skill trees. Some (Most?) characters have hidden skill trees and the requirements to get them are absurd. Shulk requires doing like 50 sidequests in the first town!

Thanks to all three for taking the time to observe this foolishness.

"It has fewer worlds to explore than Mario 64, and most of its 120 collectible Shine Sprites come from repeated challenges and rote coin collection."

The worst were the blue coins. There were 240 of those fuckers and some of them were as simple/random as "spray the top of this tree". Worse, some only appeared for certain shines, meaning you might have to comb through a level 8 times to find all the blue coins!

Truth be told, Snoop could probably get away with charging a lot more.

Eh. It's a remake of some games people loved as kids. It practically sells itself.

It's because Uncharted is a series that tells a story about nuanced relationships while its protagonist mows down waves of enemies. It's easier to ignore all the killing when it's zombies and aliens, but Uncharted expects us to buy the idea that Nathan is a sensitive being capable of love after he's killed countless

I don't have a legitimate source (Nintendo is too tight-lipped usually to admit something like that anyway). Seems like there's only one emulator that supports SGB.
