I've read that the Super Game Boy is hard to emulate, but IIRC Donkey Kong '94 has all those features when you play it on the goddamn Game Boy Color

I had one, although I bought it for $30 at Wal-Mart a year after it came out so maybe it didn't sell well. Play Game Boy games without having to worry about batteries and squint at that horrible screen? Why not!

Plus that battle music. "Man with a Machine Gun" is probably my favorite random battle music of any FF game.

Oh I remember Donkey Kong '94, Nintendo used it to sell the Super Game Boy. And it was damn impressive. It was a fun little puzzle-platformer, I thought it was so cool to see Mario doing backflips and handstands. I bought it on the 3DS Virtual Console and all the Super Game Boy features are missing! This annoys me to

I don't see what one has to do with the other.

Well the story was never great shakes anyway. Kratos was just an asshole out for revenge.

Bernie Mac said that Steve Harvey tried to steal his part in Ocean's Eleven.

There's this one black dude Ser Davos talks to a few times. He's always at a brothel/bathhouse with a woman on each arm. I always thought that dude was doing it right, living his best life while staying away from them crazy-azz white folks. Missandei better be careful.

I haven't heard from my dad in over two weeks. He doesn't have a cell phone because he 'lost' his previous one and so now I have no way to get in contact with him. He lives 500 miles away so I can't exactly hop in a car and drive to his apartment, assuming he still has it. He could be living on the street or worse for

I definitely have reservations, but I already have plans for that afternoon (meet and greet with a potential dog sitter), so if it doesn't go well I have an easy escape route.

So the hubby and I moved two months ago and have been slow about making new friends. Last Sunday a guy messaged me on Scruff and he sounded like a fun person to be friends with but he also hits on me (which is fine, my husband and I have an open relationship) and comes on a little too strong. The next day he asked if

I think anyone over the age of 25 is mature enough to make their own decisions about who they date/fuck, so if they want to date 50+ person I say have at it.

There are so many different ways that could've gone. David could've suggested a sandwich he likes, he could've explained what the words meant, or he could've waited for his friend to say what they wanted to do. Having grown up poor in the rural South, I've been in the friend's position many times but asked questions

Be sure to check out the Gameological SMM thread, we have quite a few levels there. SingingBrakeMan made a complete, 60-level Mario game!

After five or six attempts I finally beat the first section of the Breath of the Wild Trial of the Sword. I've been really spoiled by my fully upgraded armor, 'cause every time an enemy hit me I was like "Wow! that really hurt!" I'll take on part 2 tonight.

I did the same thing. It's kind of embarrassing that some of the shrines I missed were visible from towers.

She got a lot of ugly comments about her weight in that movie. I wonder if that played a role.

My Macbook is over five years old now and I'm considering going back to PC. Besides better game support, I'm not interested in dealing with adaptors or paying twice as much for equivalent hardware. Any suggestions on a good gaming laptop? I'm leaning towards this ASUS model:

Oh they definitely are, but fighting the computer is either "we react with perfect precision to every move you make" or "you can sweep us repeatedly and we'll only block half the time". In MvC it's fun to see what teams people create and how they use them.

Those vaults were so boring. Nothing interesting visually about them, just some basic platforming and weird switch-flipping.
