This this this. I'm trying to get golds in 200cc and time trials basically tell me how to do it.

Oh I remember Dream Team. It was about 10 hours too long with way too many tutorials. Doubt I'll play through that one again. I loved that Dream world battle music though.

I wish I hadn't played through Superstar Saga last year, don't see myself making time for the remake. I was playing back through all the Paper Mario/Mario & Luigi games at the time. I'll definitely pick up the Metroid remake, although I wish it were done with sprites.

I swear I read the first letter before. Like in the last two weeks.

Eh, it's not a great episode, but I enjoyed watching Sasha and Trinity struggle and, at least in Sasha's case pull through. They really took it easy on Trinity when she clearly had the weakest verse and dance moves. Peppermint clearly was the weakest competitor but after this episode's challenge it's hard to send her

I agree about Peppermint, but Ru doesn't really pay attention to the votes. I think Shea's got this in the bag.

They patched it about a month ago and it made the frame rate much, much better.

I can't be the only person who immediately heard the theme music in their head

Whoops. Oh well. At least they haven't ruined any surprises for their 25 minute E3 show!

I would love to see a replay of that. Hopefully the Switch implements the video capture feature soon.

Here's an interesting bit of trivia Zelda fans might appreciate: The trading quest in Link's Awakening and Ocarina of Time (and I'm sure other Zelda games I'm forgetting) is based on a Japanese folk tale called Straw Millionaire. Basically, a guy becomes rich by starting with a piece of straw and trading it for other

There's a least one "missable" thing in Final Fantasy VI that you'd likely regret missing. Let's just say if the game gives you the option to wait for someone, wait. Even if it looks like you're going to die.

The hubby and I are having dinner with another couple tomorrow, one of whom is a gamer. At the very least I plan to get some Mario Kart 8 Deluxe in, but hopefully we can introduce them to the joy that is The Jackbox Party Pack.

Watching hi-level Tetris players is riveting. They can be on the verge of death and turn things around within 20 seconds.

We might be waiting a long time to play a mainline Pokemon on Switch. The 3DS didn't get Pokemon X&Y until the end of 2013, 2 1/2 years into its lifespan.

I thought this was a great episode and closer to B+/A- territory. Fun mini-challenge, some workroom/rehearsal drama, and Peppermint lipsyncing. When Ru put Peppermint in the bottom I expected MURDER and she fucking delivered.

I do think there's a certain portion of vocal gamers who'll complain, particularly when it comes to multiplatform online games, but I doubt most of those people were even considering a Switch.

They gave a bunch of hilarious non-answers when the press asked for clarification.

Yeah but even with that plenty of kids will be on the chat lines. And the site says "smart device", which suggests any tablet/iPad will work as well.
