I'm rewatching Seasons 4-6 of 30 Rock. Season 4 starts off weak, but improves when Julianne Moore and Elizabeth Banks show up.
FFX has a much, much more likable cast of characters. FFX also gives you access to the depths of the battle system within the first few hours. For a lot (if not all) of FFXIII's first 25 hours you have only two characters in your party and it limits your options for paradigms. Even it's equivalent of the Sphere Grid…
I think the number one ranked player online is a Dhalsim player. You can find his match videos on Youtube by search for TSSabin. He's really effective at mixing up with teleports and zoning out the opponent https://www.youtube.com/wat…
The 30 hour playtime is heartening. Dream Team was fun enough, but it took me 45 hours which is about 10 hours too many.
Why the Jack hate? I'm not saying she's the best character but I thought she was interesting.
That's what I want to say. Anne/TheRealVillain basically put in a mental block so they wouldn't notice where the Ba'als were coming from.
She's coming at the end of June along with story mode.
Saving this post for later. I went to my local Target but I didn't see Bevel there. Maybe I'll just order from their website.
I wish the game had stuck to the pre-Chapter 5 path, where each person you defeated was dead and the party was forced to confront the choices they had to make to save their world. But nah let's reset everything and have everyone abandon lifelong grudges because we were nice to them and let them live.
I finished Bravely Second last night. I haven't bothered with the last set of sidequests because I'm ready to play something on my TV. I'll come back later, since I heard there's some good stuff there. I have some thoughts/complaints about the story but I'll put them further down.
Unfortunately the music cutting out for sound effects was very common in SNES games. It's strange that Square Enix never made a game that properly matched Secret of Mana's mix of multiplayer action. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles on the Gamecube could've done it if they hadn't forced that GBA connectivity BS on us.
Do you mean Xenogears? I thought the Xenosaga games were PS2.
There's so many Capcom franchises I'd love to see show up. Okami, Mega Man, Devil May Cry (with classic Dante), Viewtiful Joe. Gah, Capcom, you used to be so cool. Port Tech Romancer to something. I never played but I might this time, ya know? Release Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max with World Tour mode and online play…
Chrono Cross sold pretty well. It made the Playstation Greatest Hits line. And they've rereleased Chrono Trigger on the DS, so they know the excitement is there.
Thankfully the 'turds' in B:TAS were few.
Half the Bey Hive is barely old enough to remember Destiny Child's heyday
I think it's also a combination of "this worked in the past, so that's how we're going to do it now" and "this is what executives like". So many times when people have complained about an insensitive ad the defense has been "What's the big deal? This how we've done it a million times before". Corporate execs are…
Also, the stuff you have to scan is marked red IIRC.
One of my favorite unresolved mysteries is that despite all the years of study, they still don't know what Metroids drain from a person. I like that the game basically says "We don't know how this works either".
