Didn’t she do this on December 22nd, or over a month before Biden announced his EV initiatives?

I like the rest of the interior but the steering wheel looks like the yoke of a small plane. Which works really well in a plane, but only because it’s 0.5 turns lock-to-lock. And god, why didn’t they update the exterior. They’re gunning for the Dodge Challenger’s crown as the oldest car without an exterior redesign.
Wait, all of these features have been around since 2017 in the Tesla Model 3. My phone unlocks the car seamlessly and the car can detect who’s in the driver’s seat and adjusts the settings accordingly. Why does this require new hardware in phones?
As a pilot, I’m supposed to keep my plane right on the centerline of the taxiway. Therefore, I’m an excellent driver when I drive precisely in the middle of the street. Everyone else on the road drives like a lunatic though, I can’t tell you how many people I’ve had to swerve around.
This is, and always will be, a terrible argument. You can’t criticize China for its human rights abuses because they produce 90% of the parts in your phone. You can’t complain about your boss to your friends because he’s the one paying your salary. You can’t take issue with the police because they’re the ones…
Yes, a translation issue from corporate buzzword speak into normal English.
It’s had 55kW “fast” charging since they started making them, but it’s a $500 extra on everything until the 2021 models, I think it’s standard now. Not really true fast charging, but enough to do 80% in about 50 minutes.
Oh it’s a lemon, but I love it anyways. 2015 V6 4WD base model, all black, long bed crew cab. I wish I could’ve gotten the manual but it’s a great truck anyways. I’ve spent about $7,500 in repairs on it though.
So don’t buy a Tesla. Get a Mach-E or ID.4. Dealerships, traditional model years, and a more conventional sales model are seen as positives by some people, but negatives by others. Personally, I bought a Tesla because I like how they do things differently. My other car, a Toyota Tacoma, has given me nothing but…

If PHEVs are a better bet than EVs, why aren’t people buying them? The Prius Prime is less expensive than the Tesla Model 3, but the Model 3 outsold it more than 10 to 1 last year.
Tesla doesn’t have no marketing. They just approach marketing in a completely different way. I think they have the right approach in that they know that no multimillion-dollar advertisement during the Super Bowl is going to generate as much buzz as paying an intern $500 to program a button into their cars to make them…
So... it’s not a 56-inch screen, it’s 3 medium-sized screens in a vast expanse of piano black made to resemble one massive screen.
I’m gonna go against all the doom and gloom I usually see around here.
Yeah, Teslas right now are literally no heavier than their gas counterparts. They know how to engineer an EV. The Model 3 SR+ is 30 lbs lighter than a BMW 330i, while the LR AWD and Performance are 30 lbs heavier than a 340i xDrive.
No surprise here - Ford is better at cars, while Tesla is better at all the EV stuff. Personally I’d go with the Tesla (I already have a Model 3) but I suspect it will be a matter of personal preference to most people, since they both seem like very good, well-rounded vehicles.
No. Bangle cars were different, and some of them were ugly, but they had distinctive lines and approached car styling in a different way than BMW had ever done before. They inspired a lot of modern premium car design.
Well, he’s saying that nobody actually wants EVs, and I’m showing him that people will buy an EV over its gas competitors. I think it makes more sense to compare a premium sedan to other premium sedans than to a cheaper crossover.
Since when have fewer EVs been sold than predicted? Way back in 2014, Elon Musk said Tesla would sell 500k cars in 2020.
