It’s Veteran’s Day, so let’s take a moment to honor this under-appreciated automotive soldier, the M422 Mighty Mite. Made by AMC, this little shrunken Jeep had America’s only air-cooled V4 used in a car, ever, I think. Made primarily for the Marines, these things were tiny and tough and light and designed to be

They want $300 for a freaking arm rest on the base model

Yup, was coming to the comments to say the same thing. Even though the rear door on these was hinged rather than sliding, people in the van-ish market of that era wouldn’t even be looking for a rear door on the left side of the vehicle.

Your comment about doors is making me feel really old; am I the only one who remembers the racket Mopar made about their ‘96 minivans having doors on both sides? Before them, virtually every minivan had a single rear door.

The dual sliding doors on mini vans are a relatively recent addition. At the time, most (including the original Chryslers) had one sliding door - so that was a pretty common configuration.

Just found a 96 4WD with 136k on it $2000 on the San Diego Craigslist. Not as nice as the one you found, but...

Everybody everybody thinks that South America or Australia is Nez back. But everybody knows that you're going to go for that, so if you can take Africa, then you are golden. Because by the time you take Africa, they'll still be fighting over Australia or South America.

Geologist pickup line: “You know what they call it when you get down with me? They call it deep time.”

Nooooo I had no idea such an awesome place existed!!!

If you pull the plug on Tracy, he’ll continue to run for at least 20 minutes on the starting fluid that has seeped into his body, likely much longer.

I wonder why vehicles built in the Rust Belt don’t resist rust better.

I feel like these articles are Tracy’s subconscious crying out for an intervention. Please, I can’t stop myself, would you look at the rust, and how rare it is, how could I NOT take it home?

It was a very measured response showing that he doesn’t support Blizzards decision, and also plugged his own personal social media...  Time will show if he continues to stand up in his personal life.  My hope is that he will.

Granted he might have done it out of ignorance of Blizzard’s rules, but dude spoke out in support of Hong Kong on a large platform, where he was vulnerable, and paid the price for it.

What’d you do? Make a Mei meme? Let everyone on Kinja know you’re upset with Blizzard?

Pretty bold calling him a bootlicker. He didn’t

I can’t be mad at him, but at this point it isn’t about him.
