The answer is Panoz. You are right with the LMP07. They also had the Spirit of Abruzzi (front engined w/ the radiators in the back.) It is really hard to find any information at all on the car. It was quite the flop. And; they also have the still not successful Deltawing.

I think $6,000 would have been a better budget for a first car. My budget was $4,000 6 years ago with money I saved working minimum wage.

I actually think it is NP. If I had $28,000 in cash for a 3rd car this seems reasonable enough to seriously go look at the car.

No surprise. Manual transmission sports cars always have a higher 2nd hand price than the automatic equivalent even though the auto is an extra cost option.

I am guessing a RWD modular platform is not possible to have it share components with the 370Z. Well no one is surprised, but we are all sad.

The 9-5 both sedan and wagon was one of the best car designs of the past 15 years.

I would recommend this, but I doubt it will stay in budget.
