Even at my at-will job in an at-will state, they say you can’t moonlight in a related field where it would be a direct conflict of interest. This is a more standard interpretation by not assholes, though.

Unless her company had some sort of morality clause in her employment contract (not mentioned, so I am assuming not, and completely atypical with this line of work), there is no reason to think this should have any bearing.

he doesn’t have a family. he was created in a lab.

Illinois is requiring them in public as of May 1st but I am seeing them (at least in MY area) and have been when out and about for a while. Some yokel county judge is suing the governor, so in corn country it could be a totally different story.

I have always been a dreamer. I always have several dreams a night and I usually remember at least parts of them. But lately they’ve become more VIVID, like someone turned up the volume and color or something. They’re not weirder or nightmares, just more *there.*

One of my anxiety dreams is similar. In the dream I am looking for a bathroom, usually a public restroom, but they’re INSANELY dirty or otherwise fucked up. No doors or the doors are hanging crooked. Smashed or clogged toilets. Water/filth all over the floor. No toilet paper. Dream analysis usually says bathroom

For real, if staged, posted, “for the gram”-esque pics get your back up, you would have left the platform about 40 years before it was even invented. There’s no context. Just “this is the REAL problem with the world/internet!” and everyone in her mentions nods.

I am on so many rx for stuff, not to mention I am a lady not willing to use my body for currency, I think going out in the first wave is probably preferable.

No, you aren’t going to own two properties on the coasts w/o being wealthy, but people in the middle can do it, or own one vast tract of land. Or prepper communes (though they would not use the “C” word).

That's the whole point of this particular container is to keep contents drier. But I've also bought lettuce and it's been brown already (and returned it), which is why I suspect the store/supply chain. I'm in IL. Maybe it just takes longer to get lettuce out here.

I even have these Rubbermaid food saver things which work great for fruit, not so much for lettuce. However I suspect the store is the culprit. Last time I bought Aldi spinach it lasted weeks. If I get it at my regular grocery store, it is garbaggio in less than a week. But I also hate making multiple trips (esp now).

Lettuce: im-fucking-mediately

Can we bring back kitchen doors and beaded curtains?

What are you going to do in 5 bn years when the sun goes red giant? Did you even think of that?

The link I listed (which I am not affiliated with, I just think it’s good info) has a lot of good resources like should you buff, how to file, how to deal with cuticles and hangnails, plus her Instagram goes more into nail art. I started basic nail painting as a kid, only really got into more advanced stuff in the

I thought it just meant the patties and then I scrolled and saw you were puttin THE WHOLE BURGER IN THERE. *different emotions are felt*

Well, I do my nails at home, so this has never been a step in my regimen (ie, “waterless manicure” does not compute, lol). Just from a nail health perspective it is completely detrimental. But it is also pointless ant wasteful re: time and resources.
