Jez has been posting a lot of these articles but I’d like to know more about the real case. Is there a date set for determining guilt? If he’s ruled guilty, will Kesha instantly be free, or will she have to fight even further to get out of her contract?

She’s signed to Luke’s Sony imprint label. She’s always been able to work with other producers but everything has to be approved by Luke.

I have some legal questions. Is Kesha’s contract only with Sony? Is there some language in the contract that requires her to work with Dr. Luke? If she doesn’t have to work with Dr. Luke and gets a choose her own producer, how does Dr. Luke profit?
