My operating principle remains sound:

Can we get one of the GOT spinoffs to be just Olenna Tyrell and Tywin Lannister in a room, at opposite ends of a long table, trading barbs?

Fine, but it doesn’t really explain why Arya would suddenly feel all murdery with her sister, and start talking about taking her place to wear her pretty dresses—something she explicitly has been shown not to care about.

Unfettered magic is the death of good drama. When anything can happen at a moments notice, nothing really matters anymore because who knows?! it could be undone within an episode. It’s why AHS: Coven failed so miserably for me and why this season did as well. Strung together BIG MOMENTS vs a seamless woven plot.

Yup. Hate it. Not because it is different, but because it is vastly inferior to how we were able to communicate on Disqus. It was so much better before. In so many ways..

The saddest or more accurately most pathetic person in the world is the creator of Minecraft. He’s literally a billionaire and he spends his days fighting with “SJWs” on twitter and reddit because he’s such an unlikable ass that he has no friends or loved ones.

Jon is kind of shitty King of the North. He just surrenders his sovereignity on a whim without consulting with any nobles or family members.

Kinja is stupid. The end.

The *NEW* A.V. Club

That chorus is just the worst. I haven’t listened to a chorus that robbed the preceding verse of momentum so badly since I had the misfortune to listen to Iggy Azalea’s “Work”.

Yeah this is hilariously bad. Through all of the crazy publicity stunts she’s pulled, she’s atleast made good music. I genuinely enjoy 1989 a lot (New Romantics falls under my Top 25 songs list) but by god this song is bad.

This is really bad. Her new “image” is transparent on so many levels, from the manufactured feud with Katy Perry to her complete inability to pull off a bad girl image, complete with low register spoken word interludes.

I love Taylor Swift. Red is a great album. Speak Now is a great album. 1989 is a good album. This? This is bad. It’s almost ok. And then oh dear God that shite excuse for a chorus kicks in and it’s all over.

It’s just such a large, specialized tool. It’s not like they could plausibly have been carrying them around all the time just in case and we just didn’t see it.

I just followed you so you should be good to go.

And I want to apologize if I come across as combative in my earlier post. I meant it in a “general you” sense rather than a “specific you” sense.

The whole point the game devs are making here is that different people are different, and that’s why you can’t get down with all of the characters. If you could wohoo them all, their individuality and uniqueness would be diminished.

This actually makes sense to me. Playing through Joseph’s story felt wrong to me the whole time. Maybe it’s because I dated Robert first so I knew Mary better or maybe it’s because I’ve been in that situation myself but I just new Joseph was no good. I went through with it for the sake of completion, and also because

I really have no interest in dating simulators in general, but the more I hear about this game, the more brilliant it sounds. Being able to max out relationships and powergame your way into a hook-up ending is one of those things dating sims and other games that offer multiple romantic partners seem to take for

Western dating sims are ahead of Japanese dating sims here. Generally in JDSes the women (or men) are prizes to be won, so a dev wouldn’t think of making it appear you can win one of the girls then making that unachievable. That’d be tantamount to a defective product! So I think that’s what people are reacting to
