Except that we kinda do know. Massachusetts has had a very similar law since 2006. Nothing blew up, and if you had insurance you got to keep it. One nice thing is that premiums have not been going up as much as in the rest of the country (even went down this year!).

What have you found to be the best browser for Flash? (on Android)

All Galaxy Nexus came with ICS installed, didn't they? I thought that was the launch phone for ICS...

Wasn't Verizon holding back updates on the Galaxy Nexus? I heard something about that, although not 100% sure. Anyway, you will gain the CM features on top of ICS, so if they are worth it to you, go for it.

This is ONLY for how many seats are available to redeem miles on. And that's a little misleading, since the majors have reward levels that you can get any seat on the plane (like Southwest). Sure, it costs more miles, but then you have to count not just available seats, but the value of the miles/points you get.

How is it "more prevalent in Android"? It looks like every iPhone has this (albeit with data sending disabled, but Apple can probably enable it anytime they want), whereas so far it looks like only HTC handsets on Sprint have it.

$2 + your dignity = a waffle maker that will break in a week

The studios are apparently not happy about putting their content on a monthly fee, stream all you want, service. So it looks like Netflix will have to change business model or go the way of the VHS tape.

I wouldn't say that flash "barely functions". My Gingerbread Nexus S runs flash flawlessly, and I use it quite a bit. I'm really bummed that ICS doesn't have flash yet. I might have to delay upgrading my Nexus S to it (assuming that by the time the Nexus S update is out, flash still isn't working in ICS).

Uh oh, looks like that plane uses slide-to-unlock in the lavatory. Expect an Apple lawsuit in 3..2..1..

Is Android that hard for gramma to use? Because a certain 80-year old in my family bought an Asus Transformer "iPad" (yes, he thinks it's an iPad), and brags to his friends with Apple iPads about how his iPad is so much faster and easier to use than their iPads.

Apple earns an early lead in the market. They completely control the hardware and operating system. Another operating system comes along that can run on the hardware of multiple vendors, and the marketing of the OS company combined with the hardware vendors drive down Apple's market share into the single digits.

Yes yes yes. This should be the comment of the day. Any musician can now sell their tracks ON THEIR TERMS (they can set the price, how many "sample" free plays someone can have, etc etc) directly on the Google Music store. And they get 70% of the revenue. AND they can go viral because someone that likes them can

This is very important. Even if you're not venturing out of the house today for a client meeting, have a routine. Shower, shave, get "properly" dressed, and go to the office (in your basement, or wherever it is).

This fragmentation of different hardware with different software features is really confusing!

You wouldn't need change! With the EZPass, you just roll past the sensors and you're set. Plus, you get a 10% discount, so your drive to work would only cost $13.50 in tolls.

Yes, the screen size is another, and it looks to be the biggest difference among the different phones. Cost doesn't count for CR on the total score, it counts on whether it's a "recommended" device or not.

The Thrill is not rated higher just because of 3D. They tested battery life and the Thrill has better battery life than the iPhone. So that's part of the reason it's rated higher.

Yes you are.
