Soylent Green. I can never get that right, it either comes out dry and grainy or wet and mushy.
If you have a pellet grill you really can’t go wrong with the 3-2-1 method, before I got one I had pretty good success w a crock pot and broiler. With the crock pot you can cook them until they are done then you can hold them in the fridge for a day or two then just grill and sauce to reheat...great for camping or tail…
And I’m sure most of them go out of their way to do these things and they know it gets to you, then they laugh about it behind your back, you sound like you would be my target when I wad a little asshole. (I’m a big asshole now)
