Because even though it was very very openly not an Alien prequel, these nerds all showed up expecting an Alien prequel and then were furious when they got exactly what they were promised

I have been assuming this whole time that the Walkers’ plan was to build a giant human pile like in WWZ. But other than that, these are guys with unlimited stamina. They could possibly use chains and their magical immortal strength to pull a section of the wall down, maybe.

At this point they’ve borked the universe so bad it might be better that way. Just let everybody have their own adventures and smash them together in Justice League movies every couple years.
