Thanks. I was pretty sure I remembered killing Hawkman myself at one point. :)

Lego Moore is really cool. But this is my favorite iteration of Alan Moore:
It’s sad we never got him back to mainstream superhero comics because he clearly loves them. You don’t bitch and moan the way he has for the last 20-30 years about something you don’t care about. That takes passion.
The writing probably has a lot to do with it.
I would say TMP is worth the watch for the idea of V’ger alone. I was 12 when I first saw it, and it just blew me away athow smart and interesting that twist was.
Happy 50th anniversary, Star Trek. Here’s a novelty song about the show which plays on a loop in the Star Trek…
Right...and Superman being a bully in the Reeve era movies is the absolute worst part of those movies. I have reservations about people who cheered Superman on for using his powers to bully the helpless.
Watch DS9. Watch it. It’s a very different show from TNG or TOS, but it’s still amazing. I suppose it’s not for everyone, but this article from earlier today does an amazing job summing up it’s strengths (it’s peppered with spoilers). The gist of it is, staying in one place means that actions have long-term…
Princess Mononoke > Spirited Away.
The script is my worry from the start,
Ryan should play Constantine in every version of the DCU, and they should never ever talk about it.
Considering how dark the regular universe is for the DCU, I’m assuming this film will just be 2 hours of a black screen.
Man, who was the jerk that converted the video from VHS?
Yes1 And a lot of people have tried to pick apart and come up with theories about who he actually is but what I love about the character is his almost elemental in nature. Like he coalesced in response to the emergence of batman. What’s scary about terrorism and radicalism is not knowing who is being affected by it.…
I also think Ledger’s Joker is such a amazing product of its time. You can argue the Joker is first and foremost, an agent of chaos but what makes that really scary is the raw idealism behind it. He’s willing to die on several occasions just so that he can carry forth a message and a worldview that is opposite…
Ugh, Boobs Girl is such a pandering rip-off of Boobs Man. Why can’t these companies just create new characters to reflect diversity instead of having to ruin the stories by making female and minority versions of existing characters? It’s such a critical part of Boobs Man’s origin that he’s a man.
No Pluto reference makes this whole article and the comments irrelevant. Or maybe not but I'm sad.
I agree that there need to be more black female writers in comics...
Couldn’t be possibly as good as
Sometimes I feel like DC/WB films might not be super organized and well thought out.
