Ah, The Beautiful Game.

they were a direct influence on Nirvana, who were massive and whose legend grew because he killed himself. It’s pretty easy to understand.

Cobain explicitly said he ripped off the Pixies quiet-loud-quiet formula and it’s hard today to conceive of just how big Nirvana were when he was still alive

check out the oral history Too High To Die: Meet The Meat Puppets, it’s full of great stories from their entire lives/careers

THANK you. They were and are better than all of the artists in that book, many of whom are among my favourites. For a very detailed look, check out the oral history Too High To Die: Meet The Meat Puppets. Tons of great stories.

I say MY MAN so much it’s like I’m inside a simulation.

Yeah, pretty lame.

I thought this would be the Sexy Sax Man and was tremendously disappointed. Never heard of this non-epic loser sax guy.

I am eternally mad that I never got a NES classic but having SoM with a multitap adapter makes me feel better about my future inability to get a SNES classic.
