As recently as a couple years ago, my company was still running Office 2003 and 2007 in some places. Everything else has been 2010, but we’re finally going through an O365 conversion this year.

As someone who has to deal with both providers in a business environment, I can honestly say I would rather deal with Comcast than Charter Spectrum. As a residential customer for Comcast though, I wish I could get someone else.

Surveys in general are useless if you don’t understand where the data is actually coming from. National surveys are likely to be more useless when talking about specific issues and applying them to a specific area. Sampling methods are important. I’m not sure what’s hard to follow or inconsistent about that.
