Other than an entire shed dedicated to 10 mm sockets and wrenches?

But Godking Elon said it was good. We do not doubt his divine words. :)
With this group, it would be a very silent comments section :)
Beyond replace some of the fleet provided the economy doesn’t tank?
Never thought of this angle. Having never used an EV it would not have occurred to me. The push button/get help “works” at gas stations as there are people on duty. However EV charging stations can be pretty much anywhere, no “help”.
Neutral - But aren’t those evil exploding dinosaur models? They aren’t the savior EV :)
Way outside the do it yourself range or a parts car. Back away slowly and avoid eye contact.
Same here. For a company that is anti-WFH, they picked up on it quick.
I was considering golf at one point and when my wife asked my I said “It would get me out of the house for 6 to 8 hours a day”. She then started warming up to the idea and leaving various ads for clubs, courses, and lessons everywhere.
This thing is not too far from me. I kind of like it but 10k is bit well, much. Older build, random plywood, what I am guessing is the old kitchen from the house, 90's/early 2000s electronics.
The community car is not good. For the length, doing a short term rental as needed would probably work better.
I like these guys. Wild idea, try it, sometimes works.
That often the rental goes out the window. Even used RVs and trailers blow the 5k budget.
More is actually better in this case. Overall I like the idea and it is a good use of EV to show folks - it can work here, so let’s see what we can do for you.
Good set of choices. I went to full size van for customize (needs Wizard ASAP!) options and can be sold later to someone needing a hauler.
The concept is there, Put bus charging stations at depots and areas like schools/arenas. The buses tend to show up early so a quick charge then the long term charging at night.
I shut down a highway.
I agree. It is like the Natural Gas push. These run, then go back to the depot for a while. Perfect use.
While the price may seem high, it is what the market wants. The duct tape is a shame. However manual? That puts this into a possible column.
And with that motor you can turn on the heater....oooh
