When I was into RC cars, I used left over factory touch up paint on them. Looked awesome.

True but the cars I have are real pains. Only certain models fit and have all the control hook ups.

My wife’s car has that option. My “ancient” 2010 and 2012 not so much :)

This is not a shock to me, more of a normal process as EVs become common. Overcome the issues, known what to expect, and things are better on the other end.
