There’s a site called JustWatch that tells you where you can stream things, and whether its a subscription, free with ads or to rent. I’m not sure where they get their information, so it may not be 100% correct all the time, but I find it works well enough.

I just checked, the original FF7 release doesn’t have a BBFC rating on the box. It has an 11+ ELSPA rating.

It was called “Seiken Densetsu: Final Fantasy Gaiden” in Japan. So even there it had Final Fantasy branding.

They already did give us a new entry, with new stories, characters and mechanics. They also gave it a new name, Triangle Strategy.

It’s just a marketing gimmick. One that’s working very well judging by the coverage it’s been getting.

They’re healthier than normal cookies because you can’t afford as many of them.

I saw a tweet claiming the team on this was mainly new hires, while most of ND is working on their next game.

Is No Man’s Sky kind of like that? I haven’t played it myself so I’m not sure. I know you can go to a planet and build stuff, but I’m not sure if that stuff will show up for other players who visit that planet.

They already said it ends at the Forgotten Capital. And I think they confirmed Cid will be in it as a guest character. So for this theory to be true they have to be lying about something or they’ve made major changes to the sequence of events.

Realistically you can’t expect companies to pay voice actors out of the goodness of their hearts though.

That’s one way I could imagine it working too. But what if AI can generate new voices instead of creating the likeness of one specific person’s voice? Then there’s just no need to pay an actor for their voice.

I’m torn on this. Obviously I want voice actors to be treated properly and to not be put out of work. But I also see the potential for AI generated voices to enable things that just couldn’t be feasibly done without it.

Even if it is stuck in the box, I wouldn’t want to import that into the UK.

If Ubisoft only owns the streaming rights to Activision games in the UK, what good does it do?

Yes, it’s true that some single player games require a download, such as Jedi Survivor. But it’s a misconception that it’s *all* games.

That is not always true. The disc is supposed to contain a playable version of the game, at least on PlayStation.

PS5 supports Blu-rays that go up to 100GB.

I reminds me of the Gameboy versions. I had MK2 on SNES and Gameboy. Obviously the Gameboy version was vastly inferior, but I still thought it was cool I could play some version of it on a portable console.

That’s one possible interpretation.

I’ve got to say the time ghosts were my least favourite thing in Remake.
