@MrHaroHaro: I still don't see it. I see the map, which I assume is not the particular graphic in question, and I see a banner ad for Office 2010.

@Hotscot: And indifferent news to me, in particular.

@anm.solaufeina: That's an interesting writeup. While it makes more sense to me than the original paper, I don't have enough knowledge of physics to know who's actually correct. It seems credible enough, but then again, so did the original paper.

@meehawl: There was an interesting article on that exact topic yesterday.

@ringer81: The alternative headline was used on a previous article (minus the 2 beers). This article is following up on the aftermath of the previous event.

@anonpwny: I don't see how broadcasting the information over wifi is any different than broadcasting the information through your mailbox.

@kittypop forever: Well technically speaking, that's not even a theory. It's a fact.

"metamaterials [...] have abilities not found in nature"

@eccentrica: Hm... I use a combination of knives and spoons to cut, chop, slice and mix ingredients. They seem to work good enough.

@Brandroid: Wait. I've seen this. I stand here, right here, and I'm supposed to say something. I say, "That's the way the cookie crumbles, Neo."

@silvermoonstar3: I don't actually know exactly what a food processor does. Is it like a blender?

The only problem with this that I see is that it wouldn't be very useful for single-person todo lists.

@danielblakes: Maybe it's written in first person from the application's perspective.

@wunddal: If I want to order a nice steak, I don't want to feel guilty later that I made other people pay for it.

@unicorn_taste_good: You cited a single oil spill. I wouldn't call that a proof. Not to mention that it is still causing environmental damage, 20 years later, and that the "little to no damage" studies were done in 1993, and have been largely discredited.

@Teh Dokter!: I'm not sure I'd say "good". However, it was significantly better than the first half, and a couple of the episodes might have ranked a "good" status.

@unicorn_taste_good: I don't think it's as bad as everyone says, but it's certainly nowhere as "good" as you make it sound. There is already a great deal of damage to the local ecosystem, although whether it's short or long term has yet to be decided.

@vsound: I'd say that YouTube was invaded and conquered by Google. It's very hard to move a landmass, even if you do own it, so they've decided to just leave it over there.

@ottermann was here: Wait... is that 3D argument supposed to make me appreciate Mac Pros? Or should I just start blaming Apple for all that's wrong with 3D in movies?
