Why would you say "millionth of a metre"? Using a relatively large unit of measurement, and then taking an extremely tiny fraction of it does not provide a sense of scale. Better would be "one micron", or even "thousandth of a millimetre", since people can actually imagine how small a millimetre is.

The first one is the only illegal one. The second one might violate the EULA. Showing video clips and other images, especially for educational use, is considered fair use (although you still have to credit your sources).
