Okay. So I completely killed my bicycle yesterday. Ever since I got it (for free) about 4 months ago, every single part was in a perpetual state of "not broken yet".

@rock99rock: I figured out the resolution issue, and my audio works now (I didn't change anything, maybe it just needed a lot more restarts). The audio is also a lot quieter compared to the host volume.
Somewhat ironically, I'm going to offer a small suggestion to improve this article.
