I haven’t watched HGTV in a while, but I always liked that gay families were just families.

If you think about it, HGTV has probably done as much to normalize LGBT relationships as anything on television. I mean, years ago you could tune in and watch same-sex couples house hunt.

Oh, please, Michele will bring it up first.

In retrospect, this is not much better than the lying Trump supporters in question, but I had thought that Taylor had already endorsed Hillary in a cryptic fashion.

My local grocery store had the indecency screen up over the Trump People cover.

My brother and I have been mistaken for a couple a few times, we are very close in age and look nothing alike.

I’m laughing, but at the same time, yikes.

My brother and I get mistaken for boyfriend/girlfriend. Even get on KissCam at baseball games. I should start wearing a “He’s my brother” shirt when we’re in public together.

Nate Silver has been inflating volatility this whole election. Plenty of other pollsters have Clinton with a solid (not insurmountable) lead. I’m not poll-skewing here, I’m just saying that Silver has grown more sensationalist in the last few elections.

Generally, I try to keep abreast of things (ha, ha.) But I’m not even going to watch this one. Among the most toxic legacies of Donald Trump’s campaign is the precedent he has set for the amount of bald-faced lying a person can get away with in a Presidential campaign....

You mean back when Shonda was still directly involved. Whenever her shows are foremost on her radar they do well. Later on they tend to over-depend on the “shocking revelation”, instead of having a few over the season, they are dropping bombs like every episode. It gets ludicrous, unrealistic and exhausting.

in and of itself? maybe.

Randy Travis singing “Amen” killed me dead. I cried and wasn’t ashamed at all. I saw him in concert in the early 90's (Alan Jackson was the *opening* act) and it was one of the best I have ever seen. Funny, charming and the voice of an angel. It breaks my heart to see him like this.

I’d truly love it if Beyonce would stop wearing the same dress with different embellishments to every event. Her and JLo just never fail to repeat the same look/style over and over again.

New album is coming out soon and he has a new tour. I’m not a country fan but Mme. Liberal lives and dies for Garth Brooks so I know this stuff.

When I saw Dolly Parton after that lovely tribute I thought for some reason “this is how Beyonce will dress in about forty years.”

I bet he just bought a solid gold jet.

I agree on the lifestyle brand. She’d be very good at it if she did her own thing ... and didn’t emulate any of the blondes.

Let’s take the way back machine to the early aughts.

Oddly enough, that song made me think that Beyonce could sing country. I’m not listening to any of her other stuff because...I don’t know—her voice never really appealed to me. (I guess it’s not “quirky” enough? All the singers I love seem to have something “off” with their voices.) But I had to stop and listen to the
