Cmon, edit this post out. 

I will say that I felt that way at points, and there are at least 3 puzzles so abstruse that I had to look them up (one of which I believe was so hard for people that they had to patch the game), and it did not spoil or make anything less pleasurable for me. It was my favorite game of last year.

The majority of the country lives in cities without garages. Where exactly are we plugging it in?

I am absolutely going to get this game, finally, and considering it on switch, but does it have the Nintendo tax? How much is it on Switch vs PS4? 

I think Che has a right to have a bit of a chip on his shoulder, growing up in Bushwick and watching it get gentrified, at least compared to Jost, who thinks his edgy right-wing snark is the height of comedy. But Che has been making hundreds of thousands of dollars for years now, long since left BK for Manhattan, and…

I work in a similar industry (working overtime this MLK day, myself). While CDPR is required to pay for overtime, due to polish law, most software companies do not pay for overtime. 

I love Georgia’s new album, but to call her debut unremarkable? I think it’s so much more interesting and weird than the follow up. Follows so many artists whose sophomore album feels like it has to be more pop-leaning (Chvrches, Alunageorge, Purity Ring, etc).

Damien Lewis does an excellent accent in both Band of Brothers and Homeland. I haven’t heard him in Billions - maybe a New York accent is hard? But Dominic West and Elba did very decent middle class Baltimore accents in the Wire, so it can’t be THAT hard.

I hope Ilana Glazer has gotten some stand-up practice in the intervening few years since I saw her and it seemed like she was just trying it out for kicks and was....bracingly bad.

But I am ON BOARD for Awkwafina’s return to her dumb Queens-based comedy roots.

Huh. I'm 4 episodes in, and really enjoying it, but I also really liked the books, and it's very faithful to them. 

It needs to come to switch ASAP 

I think it's doing OK. It was polygon's GOTY and judging by the staff lists, it seems like it'll also be Giant Bomb's. 

It is spectacular. I cried. GOTY. 

The Last OG films on my block every few months. Keep in mind that Tracy suffered a pretty severe TBI a few years back. The fact that he can do anything requiring memorization or timing for an extended period of time is truly a miracle of recovery. 

Control was super fun, and the Ashtray Maze for sure the silliest fun I’ve had with a game this year, but Outer Wilds, man....whew....GOTY for me. Game of the last two years. 

The fact that they shot seasons one and two back to back has already depressed me that they're going to make the subtle knife (my favorite of the three) boring and incoherent. They can't pull together the most linear of the three books, there's no chance amber spyglass will make sense at all. 

The solution was preposterously easy in knives out *spoiler*. - he'd be unconscious in seconds if she had actually given him morphine. Clue had THREE solutions and all of them were more fun than Knives Out.
