Dr. Fatbody was one of the most entertaining runners I’ve seen on GDQ ever.

Why did you feel the need to negatively compare her to another writer who worked for the same site?
Her district starts a few blocks away from me. My rep is Carolyn Maloney, who has Upper East Side money instead of internal organs, and whose top priority is to get pandas into Central Park. You cannot believe my jealousy.
I am not sure if they’re making a sequel, but they’re currently planning on a paid DLC featuring Hornet. I think it will be on the same map, though.
The Watcher Knights were one of maybe four bosses that had me slamming my head against a wall. This speedrun was awe-inspiring.
Maxine Waters would have been a kick. I don’t think they’d tap Harris or anyone else likely to run in 2020 as it would make it look like an implicit endorsement over other candidates.
It definitely doesn’t taste the same to me - Voodoo leans much more heavily on the BBQ, while All Dressed leans more heavily on the Ketchup/Sour Cream flavor.
Literally made the lobster spaghetti from their cookbook for NYE this year.
Just popping in to say that Joe Beef was probably the single best, most fun restaurant experience I ever had. I went solo and ate at the bar (note - this was about 5 years ago, and it’s apparently much harder to get a seat now), ate about a quarter of the menu, which was amazing, then struck up a conversation with the…
Is there a reason why articles about Coachella elide that Phil Anschutz is a rabid right-winger who uses his Coachella money to fund anti-LGBTQ causes?
I would characterize that scene as a legitimately “good-bad” sex scene, and I think it says more than anything that Kline and Curtis are really truly incredible actors that they pull it off to be both actually sexy and actually hilarious.
Another scene I’d put in that category is Josh Brolin and Patricia Arquette in…
I would totally agree, if that movie wasn’t SO FUCKING FUNNY. Oh god, was it glorious. Totally excellent episode of HDTGM, too.
I was recovering from surgery some years ago, and decided to spend a few days watching all the “erotic” early-mid 90s movies (including Color of Night) I was curious about as a tween but never…
I mean, it’s a Paul Verhoeven movie. Robocop, Starship Troopers...if studios can’t figure out that he makes satire, and audiences can’t figure out that he makes satire, then it’s not the movie’s fault that it’s not marketed as satire.
Woll has always been a bit one-note, but I think she’s just fine in DD and was probably the most consistently good character on True Blood.
Agreed with almost this entire thing except DDS2.
Hot take time!
Do you ever think that the conservative refrain of "This is why [insert terrible thing here]..." is exactly why nobody takes anything conservative seriously? For the political party of "personal responsibility," you guys are terrible at it.
This year's resolution is to dump Facebook. Next year's is dumping Amazon Prime. My generation's support allowed these awful companies to become monoliths, and it's our job to tear them back down.
I would think an assault would probably garner at least some local news coverage.
I’m very worried about him too, but Burneko describing him as “on the shelf” made me feel a little better. If he can be flippant about it....
