IndyCar is awesome, just needs more horsepower.  Coming in 2021.

There was three spins.

Holy hell don’t ever take a long distance bus.

Update: Looking again at those pictures, the one I saw HAD to be custom. It was absolutely gigantic in the rear.

This is REAL?!

Please!

So is RCR the one selling them at auction?  How would they not know?

What about all the recent reports that have been posted saying F1 viewership is up, social is up, revenue is up?  Which is which?

The success ballast thing makes me hurt all over.

Louder, cheaper and more fair? Sounds like INDYCAR.

Stef, excellent article. I knew very little about Hurley’s story or the sad situation with Gregg before now, was really moved by the piece. Thanks for posting.

Its too damn much. Where has the awesome art of modifying a base model with performance features gone? Bodywork features, performance upgrades, added features in a nicer interior would set a performance model apart from its standard trim levels. You knew that car was special and that’s what made it cool to drive. Does

I currently work with several of the team members that were there that day and its amazing how much of an impression one test, less than 50 laps, had on them still today.

I’m trying really hard not to just smear this series and be open minded. Ccan someone offer an argument for why this is great racing and help open my mind?

This article is accurate. MY exceptions are the reviews of the interior, which was one of the reasons I bought mine. Its beautiful compared to other cars in its class, very German and feels in a class above its price point.

That shows the car was running at a low speed. At full speed the entire patch would be even.

You are very right about IndyCar deserving this. The drivers deserve a car that handles and races better, the fans deserve exciting and beautiful cars to admire, and the series deserves the appreciation and attention they’re getting for listening to what fans and writers like you have to say and designing a car

I thought about that too, and with the MASSIVE cost it would take to put them up, I would rather they use that money to benefit marketing the race and taking care of the track like the big renovation they did last year.

I hat this same exact emotion watching this thing. Something about “bunch of monkeys f***ing a football...”

Please don’t call it “a nascar.”
