I made some from a similar recipe for friends last Christmas and it was a hit. Pick up some of those glass resealable kombucha bottles and it can be refrigerated for a few weeks. I’ve already received most of those bottles back with questions about another batch this Christmas. Haha.

That’s what I do. Or if I’m being thorough I’ll put them in the dishwasher as a backup.

I can’t speak for that. But I have been curious to try the latest thing at the bubble tea shops: hot boba or hot milk tea. It’s probably not that far off though.

Lol. 401K... tell that to my small business employer. I’m lucky to get them to cover my private health insurance premium.

Shopping around every 6 months doesn’t hurt - more likely it’s a waste of time to do it so frequently. I work in the insurance industry and tend to see a noticeable difference in premium after someone has been with the same company for at least two years.

Less so than the primary two criteria: hard braking & rapid acceleration. Most companies won’t recommend people working third shift or that late to participate.

I “test drove” a couple of the UBI programs through work: one the OBD dongle and another via mobile app.

Isn’t that what Lunchables are for?

I use the desktop version every day that I’m at work: FB Business Pages is restrictive and redundant in app form and several tasks are not allowed on mobile format.

Well, we’re still in an era where USPS is the only carrier service to deliver to all registered rural addresses beyond a specific delivery range. Not to mention that a lot of industries use the USPS address mainframe to locate, identify, and confirm individuals and entities for operations.

If you have a breed on the “trouble list” (as a lot of insurance companies refer to it) ask your agent if dog-related injuries can be excluded from your personal liability coverage. A lot of companies flat out won’t write homeowners or renters for residences with one of those breeds, but more are opening up to

My kitchen was made for giants (my 6' husband can’t even reach to the top shelf without standing on his toe) and the lower shelves were full with other important items. So I bought a wall-mounted rack to hang them. Saves space & makes for a lovely display for

State laws and regulations screw it up. We would’ve ended up paying 2-3x the normal monthly premium for the same coverage through COBRA.

I think reading the policy terms and having a clear understanding of what coverage is included is the key to any insurance plan. Short term health plans are not evil - you just have to know what you’re dealing with. Some are better for emergency coverage only like visits to the ER, while others are more comprehensive.

These are good tips.

The steadily growing water stain in the ceiling above the shower in our guest bathroom. Fellow renter here. I’m fortunate that the landlord lets us handle a lot of things on our own: either DIY or call a professional and get reimbursed through our rent. But the roof is beyond that. We had a nasty hail storm a few
