Maybe you could argue that all coffee is flavored - because as any coffee snob would know, different blends of different regions and different roasts create their own flavor profiles, and I’m sure he prefers one over another. Just because it doesn’t taste like oranges or chocolate doesn’t mean it’s not flavored ;)

I’ll always associate walking through heavy snow with the opening credits to Final Fantasy VI.

Then they should stop lying about caring about black people if the only thing they actually care about is green.

I wish I could just clean up the PS5 dash in general.  It’s a busy mess.

It keeps showing me Fortnite crap and I’ve never played it.

All the Zelda games are great, but A Link to the Past from the SNES will always be the best.

All the Zelda music is great, but A Link to the Past from SNES will always be my favorite.

My liver would like to ask what this thing called “leftover” wine is? I don’t think I’ve ever had that problem.

Definitely the Xbox One. Luke’s article from the other day captured my feelings perfectly: the Xbox One was completely pointless. I think I bought like three games for it, and ended up using it for maybe 10 hours total. It wasn’t that it was “bad”, just that basically any Xbox exclusive game that interested me worked

Get Ultimate Game Pass and any game available on the PC version (which includes Yakuza) would work in this way.

Having a contests in which getting 10 working hours is a prize is peak capitalism.

Alundra is one of my favorite games of all time. It proved you didn’t need global catastrophe with the world in the balance to craft a compelling adventure tale. The relationships with your newfound townsfolk were more than enough to create meaning in a simpler setting.

Not to mention, Alundra had some of the best

In a game like Half-Life or Fallout, the soundtrack blends perfectly into the environment. It has no real distinct earworm-like effect outside of its “home” in-game. Besides the Fallout main theme, even huge Fallout fans would struggle to recall any actual in-game music that wasn’t on one of the radio stations.

Add all of this to the pile of reasons that one should NEVER HARASS, THREATEN, OR OTHERWISE GIVE ANY SHIT, EVER, to game devs for any goddamn reason. I don’t care that you took vacation time, I don’t care that you bought a new console or new pc hardware, I don’t care how pissed you are for whatever reason.

These people

That was not the trip I was anticipating this morning, but I definitely enjoyed being taken to a francophile jazz club this morning.

Such toe tapability! This was not my intention!

I have a phobia of falling. Not of heights per se, just the actual sensation of falling itself.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

You missed the most important change, the new on-screen navigation system. Now you get a marker on screen point toward your objective or the path to your objective. No longer do you have to stare at the minimap and try to decipher where or how in the living fuck to reach the objective.

Sony should leave Japan’s mappings the same and change the rest of the world. I’m real tired of confirm/cancel being opposite on Sony and Nintendo consoles
