yeah, Parra has certainly been a factor. I’d also point to the rest of the players getting healthy (Turner coming back, especially), and them cutting bait on the most egregiously terrible relievers (Rosenthal, Barraclough), with Rainey being decent. Also Anibal Sanchez not being horrible also.
What do the Wizards even do with healthy Dwight Howard this year (assuming he’s even healthy)?
