Ummm...."non-sexist, non-racist, non-violent" (we'll just say) stuff, and not caring about/ignoring the background story/ideas or content? Well, not to put too fine a point on it, but if you stretched that from being specific against video games to just in general, that'd wipe out just about the entire entertainment

I think they maybe just wanted to breed up their new customer base for a while. Wasn't ignoring the True Gamer or throwing him/her into the trash bin, just...ummm kinda put him/her (them) on the stove backburner for a bit, in past time just putting out enough once in a while to keep them on simmer.

Have to wait and see. Hopefully, the power start-up button is situated in a good enough position that you're hand/fingers won't actually be on top of it. I'd hate to be in a really important area of a game and accidentally turn the game off.

Sorry. Can't help myself. Saw the above blurb and just....

Wow. Extremely pretty. But, can't find anywhere which gaming system this is for or is it across the board?

It says that they're using "fabricated" textures, but why do I get the feeling that when it comes time to actually play it and see it in motion, that it's going to look/feel like moving clay animations around?

@Rush Montgomery: THIS one is clearly either a fake pic or (if it IS real) an extremely early version of the finished product. Everyone knows that the DS is physically made to close up like a eye glass/pencil case. In this pic, the top and bottom sections plainly would not fit together when closed.

It's irritating, but people (sales clerks AND customers buying re-used/re-sold games need to realize. Games that have special downloadable/wifi-loadable components, not all but a lot of the time, there's a time limit to how long they're available and once that deadline's past, you can't really get them anymore.

I guess he puts food dyes/coloring into his pancakes or something? I dunno how many pancakes the tot's eating, but is it safe for a kid to be taking in THAT much food coloring?

@RabidTurtl: Who care if players look goofy? Far as Natal goes, I've said it before and I'll say it again. What I'm waiting to see is the damage totals from people running into/hitting each other or their furniture (include falls from players with a not really great sense of balance in that). At least with the 'motes

Personally, I think the pull to a DS or DS lite (I prefer the lite 'cause it's not so chunky) is probably battery life holds up a tad bit better and if you have any of the previous gen games you want to play as they took out the gameboy cart slot on the DSi (and I assume any future Nintendo handhelds).

@Jeffrey Poss: That's 'cause those aren't the kind of clothes he wears outside of work . That is his conference uniform.

$400 on top of already expensive tuition up front. This is high school we're talking about. College or Uni I can kinda understand. High school? What with theft, general careless breakage and bored tech nuts with little to do but hack into things, I'm wondering how much the total'll wind up being by the end of the

Well, geez. Over 23 mil for Nintendogs? I guess people like raising virtual dogs. Hmm...Wonder if it's ever crossed their minds to look into hooking up with one of those virtual pet companies.

The rest of them are...okay, but the Sonic one looks like he needs a cane. He looks way old.

Y'know what I wanna see when/once the numbers start coming in?

Hmm...First of all, before I start throwing any names out, is it supposed to be live action/live actors or animated/CGI?

@getlefty: " employees selling unnecessary accessories and peripherals to people"? Well, face it. It's not just Gamestop that does THAT. Most salespeople will. I've been in department stores AND fast food restaurants that've done that.

From a pure picture view (picture NOT content), not too much diff. Maybe a tiny bit in regards to shading and colors here and there. The one that shows the most diff is that very last one where one shows a solid color blank wall on one version, while the pic of the other version you can actually see the brick

Ummm...O-kay, now, I don't know what the weather was really like since I obviously wasn't present when they took that pic, but yeah, that's exactly what you want to do when you're outside on a sunny day at the beach. Hide yourself under a tent under a blanket or jacket. Anyone got a temperature gage under there with
