True. But why should JuCo players get an option that players at four-year schools don’t?
Since most people are 18 when they graduate, that’s still 3 years after graduation. I played DI ball for a year before I got injured. We had a guy who had a very strong senior year in high school but wasn’t drafted high; he absolutely blew up his freshman year and hit over .400. He still had to stay in school for 3…
Also, if you don’t exercise the option to go pro right after high school, you have to wait until after your junior year to leave college. So a later-developing player does get locked in.
That pontytailed motherfucker for CRO chunked soooo many opportunities. Way to deny all of us some more #Ronaldotears, you asshole.
You’ll know you’ve crossed to the wrong side when you ask yourself, “Should I divorce her just to get rid of that damn car?!?”
Does Betteridge’s Law apply even when the body of an article poses a different question than the headline?
Just look at him — he’s so excited because JR Smith gave him a shirt!
a very questionable-looking strip club
Seriously. Compared to the way Cleveland - and especially Gilbert - reacted to his signing in Miami, that was like sending him a bottle of champagne. GFY, LeBron.
Wow. I like your version of the “what superpower would you want to have?” game.
Partner in a corporate law firm. Why? Because for the past ten years I’ve carried this fucking department on my back.

I think that’s fair. He’s a hyper competitive pro, playing the best he can. Which, for him, means dirty. He's not flailing around. If he was that clumsy, he wouldn't get minutes in the NBA.
I’m just trying to dispense with the notion that Delly is clumsy.
I was using AB’s comparison about the idiot in the park. You really think it’s more likely that Delly’s rough play is attributable to clumsiness, rather than a hyper competitive asshole doing whatever it takes to stay in the NBA? I don’t have that rosy a view.
It’s not that broad. You make it sound like a complete doofus would play in the NBA. I think it’s more likely that a hyper competitive asshole will play as hard as he can, and as dirty he can get away with, to stay in the league.
