As I recall, the major personalities on FoxNews (going back to O’Reilly and Beck) have been contracted through their “Entertainment” division, so that they can claim these shows aren’t subject to the normal expectations of journalism.

I’m pretty sure that Fox News doesn’t have any sort of “Ethics in Journalism” type department, but isn’t it some sort of ethics in journalism violation for Hannity to not disclose that Cohen was his lawyer and personal friend before offering his opinions about him on the air?
