That was one of the better ones from that run of What If? I also really liked the one where the Venom symbiote eventually drained Peter Parker’s life force then jumped to Bruce Banner and then to Thor.

I honestly can't tell you if it's just a bad movie or that the butchering of the source material makes me think it's a lot worse than it is.  It's certainly not good though.

I've been hoping for Nextwave since it became apparent that the MCU was going to become a sprawling beast.  We all need more Aaron Stack: Machine Man in our lives.

Michael Dorn was a voice actor in Saints Row 2 and I worked at that studio while we were making that game.  I didn't get to meet him but everyone who did said he was great to work with.

The funny thing is that I agree with you 100% but yet I think some of the funniest parts of classic Simpsons episodes or Bob’s burgers are the musical parts.

I remember when Fox had just bought the rights and the move was nowhere near being made, Wizard magazine picked their dream cast for an X-Men movie and picked Glenn Danzig for Wolvie.

As an aside, I was surprised to see Death Stranding free on the Epic store about a week ago.

I mean, Loggia as a mobster is an obvious casting choice, our surprise had more to do with the presence of the mafia in that movie.

Me and my college roommate were stoned and we flipped to a channel playing that and we were like “is this a vampire movie? With Robert fucking Loggia playing a mobster?”

I won't say that there is none of that sort of problem in the fandom, but in my experience most people in the hobby are supportive and just like to nerd out about it.

I have several mixed race cousins and Black friends I met through them and I learned damned well at an early age that it doesn't give me a free pass.  In the proper context, and depending who is around it might be totally fine, but better to just avoid it without a pretty specific reason.

I honestly don't especially like Benoit Blanc as a character, but the fact that Daniel Craig is clearly having fun doing it makes it enjoyable.

I spent a couple of months doing QA on the German version of a game to make sure we had cut out everything that violated their standards, all the while knowing that German consumers could easily get their hands on French or Italian versions of the game and just switch the subtitles.

I am not about to spend actual money on this game but I had venomized Cosmo in the shop the other day and wished I had been hoarding gold when I saw him.

I mean it’s not unreasonable to think that he just paid for several family members to have some very nice houses/property and some other things too.

Honestly,  the only reason I ever tuned in was to see all these normally straitlaced reporters get increasingly shitfaced.  I could give a damn about Cohen and Cooper.

I believe they plan to call it "company scrip" there.

LOL, big oof.  I remember shelling out for an N64, and aside from Mario 64, I think Majora’s Mask, Perfect Dark, and Ogre Battle 64 were the only games I actually owned for it.  Everything else I either rented or borrowed from a friend.

No one will ever convince me that when Prince threw that guitar in the air right after melting Tom Perry's face, that it ever came back down.

I remember having to hunt around for a copy of the original SNES Ogre Battle when it was new and having to pay a significant markup just because it was rare.
