Yeah, it is worth noting that perjury is a for real felony even in civil court, even if it is rarely charged.

Turns out they're pretty easy to rack up when you refuse to cooperate at every turn pre-trial.
Be prepared to wait a while. A friend generously offered to get me one for my birthday like 5 mos ago and I'm still in limbo on when I'll ever see it.
I’d say that the “house style” for character art remained relatively stable from FF1 through FF6.
I don't totally hate the new look bit I also don't think it's really an improvement. That being said, this is one of my all time favorite console games, so if class progression and enemy AI are notably improved it'll be cool.
Yeah, I could see it being both things or just a coincidence since if I have the timeline correct the book came out not long after ST started, which would mean the book was either mostly or entirely written.
I really feel like seasons 4 and 5 in particular are much better on the back half than the front.
I have honestly circled back around to respecting Shatner. He doesn't have the greatest range but he knows his limitations and is willing to laugh at himself. And he's made a boatload of cash doing it for 60 years.
I guess there were buildings for the first 20 mins or so, but then it was just "try to kill each other with pistols without stepping on a mine"
I have always been a fan of proximity mines but I recall a hilarious situation.when I was doing QA for Red Faction 3 and someone set up an hour long game on a mostly flat map with only pistols and prox mines
Oh sure, it was an interesting book. I just think he could have done it in half the space. I've read plenty of door-stopper sized books, but my time and energy lead me to things that top out at maybe 400 pages these days.
It is mostly just a few bucks thrown at some fairly harmless fun for a lot of people, although I can’t deny that there are people who have a legit gambling problem that spend a lot on the lottery.
I haven’t actually read the Institute but I was always under the impression that it was about the place in the last couple Dark Tower books where they’re harnessing psychic kids to help break the wheel.
I mostly still enjoy him because he does seem self-aware enough to know that he plays basically the same meathead in every movie and kind of poke fun at it from time to time.
Yeah, almost every time I read a story where an actor says a director is great, they say it’s a collaborative process to figure out how to play the character.
I will say that Philip K Dick books at least have the advantage of not having to slog through 1000+ pages to see where he is going, but honestly Snow Crash is the only Stephenson book I've read so maybe they aren't all that huge.
Yeah, I'd expect that at most they might crib a couple storylines from the original, if even that. Although it'd be a cool way to introduce the Venom suit I doubt that will happen.
I don’t really get the need to make damn near every secondary character a participant in the final fight of these movies either.
Yeah I guess I should have clarified that I meant the scenes with people fighting and not the CGI Dragon stuff.
“Right Here, Right Now" got a fair amount of play too. I was never a big fan of his, but I was a big techno nerd so his releases would come up on the message boards and websites I favored back in the day.
