Basically the danger is gonna come from someone much smarter than Trump, but who can also play the part of dumb bigoted asshole.

I don't want to say it's not possible, because I wouldn't have thought a Trump presidency was possible 6 years ago, but I think a lot of the people worrying about Cruz or Hawley or Cotton etc as "the smarter Trump" are ignoring the fact that their Ivy League educations are very plain from the way they speak, and they

Just spit-balling here, but I would bet that a lot of those are accidents and suicides.  The amount of potentially dangerous wildlife encounters in a lot of the state probably justifies the high rate of ownership though.

I was about to ponder why Hawaii seemed like such an outlier, so thanks for the link.

When I was living outside of Boston a wild turkey was just hanging out in my front yard when I went out for a cigarette.  My roommate was like "why didn't you kill it? That's a free meal!"  My reply was "you are fucking insane if you think I'm gonna try to kill a wild turkey with my bare hands."

Not to detract anything from that inspiring biography, but I am just very surprised that there is a town called Angola in Indiana.  Although I suppose the country in Africa is probably using the Portuguese name still.

Other people have already articulated the point well, but having not seen the movie I was definitely like "how is a Spanish Muslim atypical for that time?"

Emphasis on the scientific method? I fucking wish. I’d feel a lot better about being white if even half of my skinfolk gave a damn about that

Damn, now I want some deviled eggs. I’ll probably just be lazy and make some egg salad though.  But I'll put the deviled ham in to make it remind me of deviled eggs.

It's "The Steel Curtain", you clod!

I regret that I can't currently find room in the budget for a defector subscription, but as soon as I can, they will have my money.

40k definitely attracts more than its fair share of that type of person.  I haven't personally played it, but I hear Bolt Action does too, although I imagine any wargame that features WW2 era armies does.

Yeah, I usually think LiA is cute, but this is the first one I've seen in a while that actually made me laugh

I mean, don't give too much credit here.  I'm a relative novice when it comes to firearms, but 2 hours at the range with a good teacher should drill trigger discipline into your head pretty well.

To be fair, the majority of criminology professors skew toward being progressive in my experience.  But the 30-40% that aren't are a lot louder.

Are you sure you're not me? Other than the Sacramento part, I fit pretty much all of that

Good bears, good people, good site. Shitty owners.

All that appears to remain for Deadspin/Splinter RIP accounts is a notice saying everything has been removed.   So....show’s over?

Canada was the first nation I used to get the hang of things.  Small, but you can make enough stuff to actually impact the war in Europe.  South Africa is a decent choice too probably.

Lol, poor alt-right has has a white nationalist in office who isn't nazi *enough*. Excuse me when I die laughing if racists actually refuse to vote for this goon
