I bet you had a pretty good job then too! I took a job at a paper factory a year ago thinking that $18/hr sounded like decent money, and I told them to go fuck themselves.

Well, a fair wage would amount to about $25/hr, but everyone is so busy saying that people lower in the pecking order shouldn’t make as much as they do that they allow the rich to hoard all the money. Apparently “freedom” is worth about 2/3 of your productivity.

My country is hemhorraging money to a military that hasn’t won a war in a quarter century and doesn’t even take care of the people who got shot to help make some people richer. I think it’s eminently fair to look at how we’re distributing our wealth and who is paying their fair share.

Honestly it kind of annoys me that we do this. It’s like if China decided to start calling itself Asia and everyone just went along with it.

For real. I was probably about 7 years old the first time I saw him play and he blew my mind. I even had to root for the hated Vikings years later when they boned it in the NFC title game.
