I’m 26 and that first lobby would make me find the nearest Marriott immediately. Dust would still be hanging in the air of the ‘youth hotel’ lobby by the time I hit the Marriott. Give me the normal hotel lobby and give me a normal freaking hotel. Clubs are the only place for lighting like that.
this is what happens when people take care of their stuff
This is so cool to read about! It’s also making me want to try something similar but I have a feeling I’d find a car and then it would fall apart as I drove off.
can’t wait to see what they do for a Z/28 or an R package for the 1LE
Dunno if kale is allowed within 10 feet of the ZL1...
That’s actually much more reasonable than I anticipated it would be, but I’d have a hard time not being the first guy to LS Swap an Aston Martin V8 Vantage.
Like other have said it’s easier to get the wheels. This was my immediate thought though! I would’ve tried so hard to get those brakes off and leave the wheels
I need to start going to car auctions. I feel like you could flip this car for a decent profit now
Sorry, if the overflow tank and coolant system are only under atmospheric pressure how can the fluid flow back in?
Sounds like what you think is an expansion tank is really an overflow tank. Expansion tanks are a pressurized part of the cooling system and allow flow into and out of the tank. An overflow tank only allows fluid to go into the tank and not out of it. This is because the overflow tank is under atmospheric pressure,…
I didn’t know this but apparently the replacement interval for wiper blades is something like every six months. I usually change mine once a year after winter driving.
It’s normal to see that after the car has been ran. Oil doesn’t stay level in the pan. If you want an accurate check then park the car on a level surface and wait a few minutes to let most of the oil drain back to the pan after the engine has been shut off.
Ahh the dreaded ‘torque dip’ of the Toyobaru twins only way to cure that is to slap a turbo on it lol I didn’t notice the dip when I first drove one but the second time it was more apparent. Probably cause I was trying to see what it’s like.
Now that may be the case, but my point was that he didn’t say anything that seemed to suggest he thinks less of IndyCar or the drivers who are in the series. I’m not saying anything about IndyCar itself, just that the title of the article is a bit shit.
That may be the case and I agree that driving the car hard probably is the reason why it was clean. Didn’t know the Toyota system was so difficult to work with.
Not sure on the VW engine but yes the FA20 has it (D-4S injection I think is the title). If the WRX had the same injection system I would’ve given it much more thought but I didn’t want to deal with that crap. It’s bad news in my opinion. Sure it gets more power and efficiency out of the engine, but I’d say that’s…
About two weeks ago actually avoided any further extent to the confrontation aside from ‘Did you happen to see X?’ And ‘What are you two doing out here so late? Nothing bad I hope...’
That’s some nice click bait you got there in that title! Dunno if K Mag said he wouldn’t stoop to the low level that is IndyCar. I believe he said he would work for an F1 seat, and only denied rumors of joining IndyCar.
Yeah reliability is the point I was going for. Pull the heads on a 50k mile LT1 and I bet there will be a good bit of carbon on the intake valves.
