It feels especially weird that Spotify is speaking out on this because they have offered bundles with Hulu for years. I don’t see a problem. Every one of Apple’s apps are a crappier version of another app you can already get. For people that think they’re actually ok, they’ll save some money. For people that don’t, they’ll keep using Peloton, Spotify, Netflix, etc.
Good lord, this happens every time. Apple puts out new stuff, it cannibalizes popular app functions, app creators scream, people kibitz, and then it blows over as Apple gets its way.
