Go look at a COVID map. Small cities, small government oversite and little to no direction and they see minimal to no cases. Several areas right outside LA county see few to zero deaths while not having any major COVID rules.  Many didn’t have mask orders until last week when Newsom made his sweeping orders.

Haven’t seen the full report but several photos from the pit area showed a door pull with a loop knotted at the end (not tied like a noose).

A big part of what has been so horrible about coronavirus is how much we are all left to our own devices, without clear government direction requiring mask usage, and laying out what is and isn’t risky.

Do they even make cars that need a key inserted outside of the base model of the base car? Nearly any $20k+ car will be push button.  Hell, the Ram 5500 has a push button start.

Considering that its still sitting there, I’m guessing the junkyard is wise to what it is as well...

  • 94% of truck owners have used their truck to help others.

If I owned a mall, and someone wants to open a store in the mall, I charge them rent to sell using my infrastructure. The idea that anyone thinks this is an “Apple Tax” has no comprehension of how basic ownership works.

Except for the C30 which is a hatchback and the V90 CC which is closer to a crossover. Not to mention that the XC used to be more of a SUV and now is a crossover.

That matte blue looks awesome.

I’ve found it easiest to just meet at the DMV and let them make sure all is good. Bought a car a while back that still had a lien on the title but the owner swears he owned the car outright. Title was from back east.

I just can’t get over paying $18k for a used fwd 4 cyl.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a big fan of the ~4.0 ratio on V8s (vs the common 5-7L variants).  I never knew it was used in indy.  Makes it far more obvious.

Weird, I swear I saw a full test drive of one in C&D back in the day.

What ever happened to those Shelby 1's?  Weirdest choice of a block I’ve ever seen, Olds Aurora.

Its really weird that somehow California’s obsession with making sure there are no regressive laws conflicts with CARBs absolute hatred of vehicles. You can absolutely park as many crap boxes as you want on your property (assuming no HOA).  I couldn’t drive to work without passing 100+ broken down old vehicles lining

Phillips has an app for kids as well to go with their toothbrushes and this looks to copy most of its features.

Its also why Rivan is backed by an OEM while Nikola is funded by VCs hoping to see them fail.

You stated that Shake Shack should sue for libel. Regardless of intent, Shake Shack is in a bad place here as they still served someone tainted food.

Time to revive COTD

What part of getting sued by a customer ever had to do with intentional harm?  Nearly all of them are just like this where a minimum wage employee just did a half assed job.
